Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2025
At Jingshen Construction, protecting your privacy is important to us. When you visit our site or interact with us—whether by sending a message through our contact form, subscribing to our email updates, clicking on our ads, or simply browsing—some information is collected to help us communicate with you, personalize our content, and improve how our site works.
When you submit a contact form, we ask for your name and email address so we can reply to your inquiry. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll keep those details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you and Jingshen Construction go on to work together or maintain an ongoing dialogue, we will retain your details for as long as needed to fulfill our agreement or continue our relationship. Similarly, if you sign up for our newsletter, we process your name and email to send you occasional updates and will maintain that subscription until you choose to unsubscribe.
Each time you browse, we may automatically gather usage data—like your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source—and place session cookies that expire when you close your browser. This helps us understand how our site is used and where we can improve. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but please note that doing so may prevent certain features from working.
We rely on a few trusted partners to help us run our site and our marketing. For example, we use Google Analytics to track site performance, Meta Ads to deliver and report on our advertising, and a mailing-list service to manage our newsletters. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and may use your data for their purposes—you can review their terms directly on their websites.
Under the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process personal data based on several legal grounds: your consent when you sign up or contact us, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and compliance with any legal obligations. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of data (subject to certain exceptions), and opt out of the “sale” of their data. Since we use ad-related data with Meta, California residents may exercise this opt-out right by emailing us at contact@jingshenconstruction.com.
Across the EU and elsewhere, you may also have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, restrict or object to certain processing activities, and request portability of your data. If you believe we are processing your information unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to safeguard your data, but no system is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of our site after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revisions.
If you have questions about how we collect, use, or protect your information—or if you want to exercise any of your privacy rights—please contact us at:
